I had a problem with the internet connection on my windows 7(64) computer. I had to manual put in a DNS(router) address for the NIC card.
Instructions
- Start -> Control Panel
- Click "View network status and tasks"
- On left nav click "Change adapter settings"
- Right click on "Local Area Connection" and go to properties
- Click on "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
- Click on "Properties"
- Click on radio button "Use the following DNS server addresses:"
- For "Preferred DNS server" use your local router (example: 192.168.1.1)
- Click "Ok"
The internet should work now! :)
