Plsql variables

When declaring variables you must also specify the block where the variables are going to be used.

• attrId = Variable name
• ':=' = Sets the variable to a value

    attrId number;
BEGIN
    attId:= seq_attr.nextval;
    dbms_output.put_line (attId);
