5 - Yukon Potato's (Other types of potato's will get mushy faster. 4 - Hard Boiled eggs. 2 - stocks of celery - celery seed - possible green onion. Mayo Mustard

Step 1. Boil potato's once boiling, turn to medium temp for 20 mins.

Step 2. In big bowl, cut Potato's into pieces, the skins should be able to be pulled off.

Step 3. Add vinegar and mix. Put in a strainer to help strain off any water and allow to cool.

Step 4. Put in fridge to cool.

Step 5. Cut Eggs and add.

Step 6. Cut Celery

Step 7. Add mayo

Step 8. Add mustard.

Step 9. Chill and server.

Step 10. Add salt and pepper after it has chilled, salt could make the potato's mushy if added too early.
